In 2020, borns Local, a marketplace that connects travelers with local professionals for the exchange of experiences and a means of generating income for registered professionals.
At 2021 the startup was force to close its offices in the country during the pandemic. Now, the comeback is marked by an investment of R$50 million for expansion in Brazil. The expectation is that up to 5,000 tourism professionals will boost their earnings by offering personalized tours and experiences on the platform.
